*How orders are despatched

Fifi Bloom parcels are despatched via Australia post registered post service.

Shipping costs are calculated by cubed weight, the cubed weight is automatically calculated through our checkout system.



Fifi Bloom will not compromise the safety of your purchases in transit, we will ensure your purchases are packaged with care.

Fifi Bloom advises orders should be made well ahead of their intended use time, however if an order is urgent let us know during the checkout process by filling out all the boxes during checkout.



*When orders are despactched

Orders are despatched within 48 hours of payment receipt and delivery timeframes can be anywhere from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. If out of stock items have been purchased, our checkout process will highlight these items and despatch of out of stock items will be 10 days.



*Making payments for quick despatch

When making a payment, please ensure you follow the checkout process in full as we sometimes find customers will make a payment and not complete checkout. When making bank deposit payments, please use your name or order number as a reference so we can match your payment to your order and despatch your order quickly. If we cannot match a payment or checkout has not been completed this delays the shipment of your order.



*Returns

Fifi Bloom will try the best of our ability to show or describe the true colour of our products and dimension sizes of our range, however please keep in mind your computers brightness & contrast settings will determine how the products appear on your monitor

We are happy to exchange your items (veils, food items and items taken out of their packaging excluded) purchased if you change your mind within 7 days of delivery.

The items must be un-opened from their packaging for us to accept their return.
